See yourself clearly
Look honestly at who you are, what you value, what you want, what you love about yourself, and what you may be ready to change—without making your self-worth conditional on changing.

Welcome to Uverali
We begin with the world we share, move through the communities we build, focus on the work we do together, and end with the future we are trying to create.
A place to arrive
Uverali is a place where people are invited to pause long enough to hear themselves again.
It is built on the belief that most people are not missing the ability to build meaningful lives—they are often overwhelmed by noise, expectations, fear, or uncertainty.
You do not need complete certainty. You need enough clarity for the next meaningful step.
The Uverali process
There is no universal blueprint. The Uverali process begins with honest self-understanding, then turns that understanding into choices and action that belong to you.
Look honestly at who you are, what you value, what you want, what you love about yourself, and what you may be ready to change—without making your self-worth conditional on changing.
Use what you have learned about yourself, together with your circumstances, choices, knowledge, and available resources, to decide what genuinely belongs in your next chapter.
Take meaningful action, observe what changes, learn from what happens, and adjust your direction as you continue forward.

The person behind Uverali
I’m a Puerto Rican author, coach, speaker, student, and community-based professional working with people across New York City. My work has brought me alongside individuals navigating homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use, uncertainty, and major transitions—experiences that continue to shape how I understand people, systems, and the possibility of change.
Uverali grew from both my personal journey and the work I am building toward. I survived cancer, wrote about that experience, returned to college, and continued developing my education in social work and substance-use counseling. Along the way, I became increasingly interested in one question: What becomes possible when people are given the space, support, knowledge, and practical tools to recognize their own power and decide what comes next?
That question lives at the center of Uverali. This is a place for honest reflection, meaningful learning, and intentional movement—for individuals, communities, and organizations ready to examine where they are and participate in shaping where they go next.
Uverali is a public brand owned and operated by Cancer In My Journey LLC.
